These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of thetokenmeter.com and the tools, content, and materials made available on it (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by DrewIs Intelligence LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What the Service is

The Token Meter is a free, independent publication providing informational calculators, comparisons, and editorial analysis of pricing and capabilities for large language models and related AI infrastructure. The calculators run entirely in your browser.

No warranty on pricing or capability data

AI model pricing, context windows, capabilities, and availability change frequently. While we make a good-faith effort to keep our data current and accurate, we make no warranty, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any pricing, capability, or calculation presented on the Service.

Before making purchasing, architecture, or business decisions, you should always verify pricing and capability data against the official documentation of the applicable AI provider.

Permitted use

You may use the Service for personal, educational, or commercial purposes. You may share screenshots and quotes with attribution. You may not:

Scrape the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users;
Re-publish substantial portions of our original editorial content (Field Notes) as your own;
Attempt to circumvent rate limits, ad-serving, or analytics;
Use the Service to build directly competing pricing aggregators.

Third-party links and advertisements

The Service contains links to third-party websites, as well as advertisements served by Google AdSense and other ad networks. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or business conduct of third parties. Advertisements are clearly labeled.

Affiliate relationships

Some outbound links may be affiliate links that pay us a commission when you sign up for a paid service. Such relationships never influence editorial judgments about which models we feature or how their pricing is reported. See our Privacy Policy for more.

Intellectual property

The Token Meter brand, editorial content, Field Notes articles, design system, and original code are the property of DrewIs Intelligence LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Model names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on the Service remain the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrewIs Intelligence LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Because the Service is provided free of charge, your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in our Field Notes section and reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which DrewIs Intelligence LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
